Return & Refund Policy

We want you (and your Floof) to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • We do not accept returns on opened or used grooming tools or food bowls for hygiene reasons.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return:
 Email us at smooshyfloofs@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send return instructions upon approval.

Refunds:
 Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
