What is Smooshy Floofs?

We create and curate grooming, feeding, and cozy essentials with Persian, Himalayan, Exotic Shorthair, and other flat-faced cats in mind. Inspired by our own rescue cats, we’re here to make everyday care a little easier and a lot more adorable.

Are your products only for flat-faced cats?

Flat faces are our specialty, but plenty of other cats can enjoy the floof treatment. Check each product’s description, dimensions, and care instructions to find the right fit for your cat. Magnificent cheek fluff is optional.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. We hope to bring more floof goodness to more places in the future.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on orders of $50 or more after discounts. For orders below that amount, shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Your checkout will show the shipping options and total before you place your order. No mysterious shipping gremlins.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

After processing, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard shipping: 5–10 business days.

• Expedited shipping: 2–4 business days, when available at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates, and carrier delays can happen. Your floof may begin supervising the front door immediately.

How do I track my order?

We’ll email you a tracking number when your order ships. Use that link to follow your package’s journey to its very important feline destination.

Can’t find the email? Check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. We’ll check whether we can help before your order is processed or shipped.

Changes and cancellations aren’t guaranteed, so please give your shipping address one last look before checking out.

What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

For hygiene reasons, we don’t accept returns on opened or used grooming tools or food bowls.

Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Email support@smooshyfloofs.com with your order number and reason for returning. Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending anything back.

What if my order arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?

That’s not the kind of surprise we want arriving at your door. Email support@smooshyfloofs.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll review what happened and help with the next steps.

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to show the credit.

What are Eye Booger Wipes?

Eye Booger Wipes are pre-soaked finger wipes for cleaning everyday crusties, tear residue, and buildup from the fur around your cat’s eyes and facial folds.

The finger-wipe design helps you reach those tiny nooks without juggling a floppy cotton round. Silly name. Very practical job.

How do I use Eye Booger Wipes?

Slip a wipe over your finger and gently clean the fur around the eyes and facial folds, avoiding direct contact with the eyeball. Use a fresh wipe for each eye and let the cleaned area air-dry.

Always follow the directions on your container. Keep the session calm, take breaks when needed, and remember that treats make excellent thank-you notes.

How do I choose a bowl or plate for my cat?

Start with your cat’s size, eating habits, and how easily they can reach their food. Check the product’s dimensions and shape before choosing.

Our feeding collection includes shallow plates and elevated bowls, so you can find an option that suits your floof’s mealtime preferences. Less food snorkeling. More fine dining.
